Frequently Asked Questions
-
What are “risk-free” auction travel vacations? Our luxury travel vacations are offered on consignment, meaning they’re free to place at your raffle, live, or silent auction. When a vacation sells, you keep 100% of the proceeds above the charity price. If a selection doesn’t sell, there’s zero financial obligation to your cause.
-
How long can our donors travel?Trip winners have 12 months to travel from the date of purchase (event date).
-
What happens if the vacation does not sell? Our vacations are always offered on a risk-free basis. If a vacation doesn’t sell, you don’t pay anything – guaranteed. We ask that you just let us know.
-
Can a vacation be sold multiple times?Yes! Charities do sell our vacations multiple times, either deciding pre-event to do so, or even during the event. In fact, our luxury vacations often get more than one group really excited about bidding. If the bidding value reaches an amount that you as the charity are comfortable with over the charity reserve price, you can sell to multiple winning bidders. You just need to let us know after your event and provide the winners information.
-
Can we sell multiple destinations?Yes! Charities do often select to showcase more than one of our luxury vacation destinations at their event to offer a variety of once-in-a-lifetime experiences to their donors. Our nonprofit travel specialists can assist you with choosing which properties would be the perfect fit for your event.
-
Are there additional fees not listed in the experience price? No, you will never be charged any additional fees. Your charity will only be charged the charity reserve price if a package sells at your event. If a package doesn’t sell, there’s zero financial obligation to your cause.
-
Do you provide marketing materials?Yes, we provide high-quality marketing materials to help convert donor interest into bids at your events. Our marketing materials are sent to you digitally for you to print for your event. You will also have access to photos of the destination as well.
